2-day Phillip Island Tour

Day 1 – Melbourne to Cowes

Get ready for a wild adventure as we pick you up from your accommodation and set out towards Phillip Island. Our first stop is at Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park where you will get the chance to interact with Australia’s iconic native animals in their natural habitats. Hand feed kangaroos, pat a koala, walk with dingos, feed furry little sugar gliders, and meet many other fascinating creatures that call this place home. We’ll have lunch here before we continue on to the next stop.

At Phillip Island, we’ll visit the Phillip Island Chocolate Factory where you’ll be treated to some of the best artisanal chocolate in the region. From there, we’ll head to the Churchill Island Heritage Farm for some good old-fashioned farm fun, including cow milking, sheep shearing, and working dog displays.

As the sun sets, we’ll have dinner in Cowes, where you can enjoy some of the freshest seafood around. But the real highlight of the evening is yet to come. Prepare to witness one of the most unforgettable experiences in Victoria as hundreds of Little Penguins emerge from the sea and walk up to their nests right alongside the walking tracks and viewing points. You’ll get a better understanding of these fascinating animals with a private ranger talk before taking your box office seats at your private viewing location away from the crowds. We’ll then head to your accommodation for the night.

Day 2 – Cowes to Melbourne

Day 2 starts with breakfast (included) followed by a wildlife-watching cruise from Cowes Jetty, where you’ll get a chance to spot fur seals, dolphins, and even whales as you sail around Phillip Island. Back in Cowes, you can spend some time exploring the lively beach town, with its many shops, restaurants, and bars—a perfect spot for lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Koala Conservation Centre, where you can spot koalas, wallabies, and echidnas in their natural environment on a bushland walk.

As you head back to Melbourne, you’ll be filled with unforgettable experiences and a longing to explore this beautiful region again. Get ready for a wild adventure you’ll never forget!
